The shopping center was built according to the design of the famous architect Platonov according to the principle of passage: the internal wide shopping streets diverge from the central atrium "Moscow" to the atriums "Paris", "Rome", "London", "Berlin", designed in accordance with architectural styles of the famous capitals of Europe.
The facade of the building is a modern mix of concrete and glass.
The building has eight floors. Of these, two underground and covers an area of 180,000 m2.
