Arbat
The uniqueness of the project "Arbat 21" lies in a completely innovative approach to its implementation.
The "customization" method was applied to the basic components of the equipment by introducing design changes that give the equipment individual characteristics and capabilities, making it more suitable for specific technical tasks.
This was due to the need to fulfill, at first glance, two mutually exclusive requirements: the installation of LED equipment on the outside of the existing ventilated facade without its dismantling and installation work, while maintaining the identity of the usual visual appearance of the object during the day.
The task was brilliantly accomplished and deserved the recognition of a wide range of specialists.
The media surface area was 7,150 m2.
The building of the Business Center "Arbat 21" is located along the federal route, which imposed additional requirements for electromagnetic compatibility of equipment.
The business center on Novy Arbat is a famous 26-story building in the form of a book. Its image is present in guidebooks, albums and calendars about the city of Moscow.
The total area of the building is 29 900 m2.
